Windhorse started trading in 1980 as a market stall. Since then we have grown substantially to become a major wholesaler within the giftware sector. We now have around 100 staff members working in our Cambridge wholesale head office, enabling us to effectively supply many independent garden centres and gift businesses, mail order companies, tourist attractions and charities.
We are a direct importer of windchimes, gifts and homewares so you can be sure you are getting the best possible choice and price on all your wholesale gift supplies. We design a lot of our own giftware so you won´t find some of our best lines anywhere else. Don´t just take our word for it; see below for what our customers think.

Wholesale Giftware Tradeshows
A great way to see our latest giftware product range is to visit our stand at the main gift fairs. We show our newest and best ranges at each gift fair, so you can preview and order new products being launched for the coming season.
We show at several fairs each year - the Spring and Autumn Gift Fairs at Birmingham NEC, at Harrogate in July and this year we were at the Giving and Living trade show in Exeter, in January for the first time. See the News Page for up-to-date details.
Wholesale Showroom in Cambridge
Three times a year - in January, June and August - we invite customers to visit our giftware showroom in Cambridge. As well as seeing samples of all our best sellers and latest lines, you can unearth bargains in our private sale.

Regional mobile showrooms
For a hands-on look at our products, try our fleet of mobile showrooms. Our friendly regional sales team can visit you with a showroom on wheels every 4-5 weeks, anywhere (almost!) in the UK, Ireland or the Netherlands. If you’d like a visit we will roll up to your door with over 1200 current samples - you can place an order there and then. Your order gets zapped back to the warehouse electronically for packing, and delivery follows by courier usually within a few days.
